Cast concrete plinth and installation assistance.
As a result of Network Rail operating constraints within Waverely Station, Kelsen technicians hand made a homogenous, hexagonal shaped, concrete plinth to receive a Charles Avery bronze sculpture.
Our technicians assisted the artist and his team with the installation in strict observance of Network Rail operating procedures.
